Return & Refund Policy
The customer can cancel the order for the product directly by logging in My Account before product is dispatched. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order that our shipping partners are unable to accept or service due to certain reasons. Other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
- Non-availability of the product ordered by you
- Errors in pricing information specified by our partners (sellers)
- Non-availability of the quantities ordered by you
- Any other reason beyond our control
We accept returns only in case of shipping error or wrong order processing at our end. Notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods. All other types of returns (not due to our error) will incur a 30% restocking fee and also return shipping fees. For return claims we may ask for photos of damaged products or details of product-related complaints to forward to appropriate manufacturers.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds in following cases:
- If the product is returned to us due to rejection by international customs
- If the product is misplaced by international customs
- If the customer refuses to accept the delivery
- If product is consumable and is seal is opened or used
- If product is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage by the customer
- Perishable food supplements of specific categories which are non-re-usable
- Products returned with tampered or missing serial numbers
In case of a damaged packaging, do not accept the delivery of that particular package. In case you have received it and later, after opening the package, discover that the item(s) is Damaged/Defective or the product is leaked, the return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery along with photographs (of the received parcel box as well as the product) on our e-mail.
In case products delivered are past or near their expiry date (medicines/food supplements with an expiry date of less than a month shall be considered as near expiry) return request can be raised within 2 days of order delivery along with photographs of products (Expiry date must be clearly visible in the attached photographs).
We reserve the right to cancel a return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products. Under such conditions, the products will need to be discarded and destroyed.
Defective/damaged products may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and for such products a buyer can directly contact the manufacturer and avail the warranty.
To initiate a return request simply log in to your Account. Go to your order and click on return button and your return request will be sent to seller. Please ship back the product in unopened, unused condition. The refund will be processed when seller receives the product back.
In unusual case of wrong order processing or shipping error at our end, we will be happy to replace the same product if notified within 2 days of receipt of goods. All returned products have to be unopened, non-tampered and in re-usable condition to be eligible for refunds. Please review our return policy in detail.
To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers. However please remember that asking for a return of an excessively used product purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
